All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To utilize our services, clients must:

• Provide valid government-issued identification during the notarization process.
• Ensure that all documents presented for notarization are complete and ready for signing.
• Disclose any relevant information that may affect the notarization.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the refusal of services.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Clients can schedule appointments via our website or by contacting our office directly. We strive to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for services must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, cash, and electronic payments. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
